Delivery time and costs:
Stronger delivers to all countries worldwide! We always aim to ship orders within one day of the order being placed. However, shipping confirmations may sometimes take 1-2 additional days. These possible delays may be caused by the freight companies we work with or, on occasion, an unusually high volume of orders at our warehouse.
You can always see shipping options, delivery time, and costs by selecting your delivery country in the top right corner on our website, or by selecting the appropriate shipping options at the checkout.
Free on all orders over €100 for delivery in 2-6 workdays with tracking. UPS express delivery (1-3 workdays) costs €10 with full tracking. Change delivery address Please make sure to always double-check your address before completing an order. If you have accidentally entered the wrong address, please contact us.
Track your order
Once your package has shipped from our warehouse in Sweden, you will receive an email with a tracking link where you can follow your order and see when it is expected to arrive at your address.
Please note that your tracking information should arrive approximately 24-48 hours after your order has been placed. If you're waiting for a tracking number, remember to check your spam folder as emails are sometimes may be sent to spam. If a few days have passed and you still haven't received your tracking information, please feel free to contact us and we will be glad to help you track your package.
Customs and import duties:
Orders to Norway, the EU, EEA, EFTA (except Switzerland), and the Schengen countries are duty-free. For international orders, customs duties and handling fees may be incurred and we recommend international customers be prepared for that possibility. We have no control over these fees and do not know how much the costs will be. If you have further questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.
