How do I return/exchange a product?

We want to offer a smooth return experience at Stronger, so you have up to 30 days to start your return from the moment your order has been delivered to you. Follow the simple steps below to print your return label.

Please note that our system can't handle exchanges. Simply return the product you don't wish to keep, and place a new order on our website.

• Go to our return portal here and click 'Get started' 

• You will be prompted to enter your order number (e.g. # 9XXXXXX) and zip code or email address. You'll need to enter one of these fields exactly as stated in your order confirmation. 

• You'll need to specify which products you'll be returning and why 

• You'll also need to confirm all of your original delivery information and change it if needed. 

• Once you have confirmed this, you can choose which shipping method you want to use for the return, and you will also be referred to the nearest drop-off point. 

• Finally, you will be asked to download your return label. After printing this, you simply need to attach the label to your package and leave it at the nearest drop-off point. Simple as that! You will receive a notification once your package has reached us.
