What's your policy regarding reclamations?

We always want to deliver our products with the highest quality. If your item was defective when you received it, we ask that you start a complaint as soon as the defect is noticed.

According to the Consumer Purchases Act, as a consumer, you should make a claim within a reasonable time as soon as you have discovered the defect. Defects detected on products within a reasonable time, 2 months, are counted as claims. The defect must be due to an error in production. Damage due to wear and tear, and goods over 2 years, are not approved as claims.

Each claim is processed and assessed manually, so it can take 14-30 business days before you see your refund on your account. Unauthorized claims are returned to the sender.
